Harness Magnetic Nanotrap® EV Capture Particles to quickly pellet your extracellular vesicles in minutes, without centrifugation.
The kit employs Magnetic Nanotrap® Extracellular Vesicle Particles from Ceres Nanosciences – hydrogel polymers functionalised with chemical affinity baits, surrounding a magnetic core.
- Capture and concentrate EVs before conducting downstream analyses that require highly enriched EV samples or small volumes, such as for protein analysis (mass spectrometry or Western blot) or RNA analysis (PCR or RNA sequencing).
- Only 20-70 µL of Nanotrap® EV Capture Particles are needed for each sample (qEV column size-dependent).
- Magnetic Nanotrap® volumes are specified for use with the following qEV columns: qEVsingle, qEVoriginal, and qEV1.
- Requires a tube roller or inverter, as well as an appropriately sized magnetic or magnetic tube rack.
Particle binding is irreversible, which is an important factor when considering appropriate downstream methods. Compatible with the qEV RNA Extraction Kit.
