The new qEV1 is the latest addition to the qEV range and is built with a new and improved agarose resin. It delivers a more purified extracellular vesicle (EV)-containing eluate.
The qEV1 was developed to meet the strong demand for a column optimised for a 1 mL sample – a common sample volume obtained in clinical studies, general research, EV biomarker development, and sample consortiums.
This qEV1 / 35 nm version has an optimal recovery range of 35 nm to 350 nm and is compatible with the Automatic Fraction Collector (AFC), which introduces automation into your workflow and allows your EV isolation to be much more streamlined and efficient. With the AFC, you can adjust your buffer volume and purified collection volume (PCV) to enable efficient and reproducible separation.
