Our most popular column, the qEVoriginal, is now available in the Gen 2 range. Gen 2 qEV columns are built with our new new and improved agarose resin which delivers a more purified extracellular vesicle (EV)-containing eluate. qEVoriginal Gen 2 columns separate particles using size exclusion chromatography.
The qEVoriginal / 70 nm Gen 2 column has an optimal recovery range of 70 nm to 1000 nm and column dimensions and resin volume is optimised for 500 μL sample loading. The qEVoriginal / 70 nm Gen 2 column is compatible with the Automatic Fraction Collector (AFC), which introduces automation into your workflow and allows your EV isolation to be much more streamlined and efficient. With the AFC, you can adjust your buffer volume and purified collection volume (PCV) to enable efficient and reproducible separation.
